A leading provider of tech training is bringing AI into the daily engineering life of a large industrial company. For this, we are looking for an experienced personality who speaks the language of software engineers. You will combine in-depth AI know-how with practical, engaging knowledge transfer and guide around 150 engineers in three cohorts on their way to AI-supported work.

- You will lead live workshops and coach participants 1:1 in a blended learning program that combines self-paced learning, workshops, and practical projects.
- You will teach AI-assisted Software Development: Coding Copilots (including Codex), Sandbox Execution, Refactoring, Code Review, and writing tests.
- You will cover AI architectures, MCP pipelines, and the integration of AI features into legacy systems.
- You will guide further modules on Implementation Scoping, Cloud Enablement, Value Communication, Documentation, and Ethical AI.
- You will moderate the kick-off and closing days on-site at the client's location.
- You will coach groups with mixed seniority, from beginners to senior engineers.
- A background as a Software Engineer and in-depth, practical AI expertise
- Demonstrable experience as a trainer, coach, or workshop leader in a technical environment
- The ability to convey complex topics in a tangible, practical, and lively manner for experienced engineers
- Fluent or business-fluent German
- Willingness for individual on-site days
- Experience with AI enablement training in established companies or legacy environments, ideally in the automotive industry
