Design the strategic trajectory of financial information systems

We are looking for an AI Consultant to join our teams based in Toulouse. As part of this mission with a hybrid and highly innovative role, you will act as both an AI Coach and a specialized Agent Developer. Your main objective will be to maximize the positive impact of generative artificial intelligence on the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) by intervening directly in the field with the delivery teams.

Your Future Environment

You will evolve within a leading technology department, resolutely focused on innovation and software excellence. In close collaboration with the Craft coaches of the department and interfacing with international teams (notably based in Porto), you will be the reference point for AI integration. This is the ideal playground to conduct active monitoring of the latest language models (LLMs), design autonomous agent architectures, and support the transformation of coding practices on a large scale.

Your Key Missions

Coaching, Change Management & Craft Culture:

Software Development & AI Agent Engineering:

• Lead practical workshops, "Dojos", and pair-programming sessions to train and acculturate developers to best practices for AI usage.
• Intervene directly within project teams to concretely integrate generative AI into their daily rituals and tool ecosystem (IDE configurations, CI/CD pipeline integrations).
• Be the referent and main point of contact to answer technical, ethical, and methodological questions related to AI usage.
• Structure, enrich, and maintain a shared knowledge base (prompt engineering guides, concrete use cases, best practice charters) on Confluence.
• Analyze the needs and recurring use cases of development teams to design and model AI-based automation solutions.
• Configure and develop dedicated "Skills" or plugins to specialize our generative AI tools on the group's business, documentary, and technical contexts (connection to internal knowledge bases, compliance with coding standards).
• Develop and maintain autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents to automate complex processes (e.g., automatic code review agents, technical documentation generation agents, L1 support agents for internal frameworks).
• Ensure active technological and prospective monitoring of agent orchestration frameworks and new interaction techniques with foundation models.

• Education: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) specializing in computer science, artificial intelligence, or software engineering.
• Experience: You have solid experience in close-proximity software development, complemented by practical and demonstrable experience in integrating generative AI.
• Imperative Technical Expertise:
• Advanced mastery of software programming (especially Python or Java).
• Proven practical experience with large language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google Gemini).
• Perfect mastery of the fundamental concepts of generative AI: Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Confirmed skill in developing AI-based applications using agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or equivalents).
• DevSecOps Culture:
• Very good knowledge of the delivery ecosystem: Git, IDEs (VS Code, IntelliJ), and CI/CD pipeline operations.
• Languages: Fluent English required (minimum B2 level written and spoken to ensure daily interactions with the Porto teams).
• Excellent Pedagogical Skills: Natural ability to simplify complex mathematical or computer science concepts and transmit your knowledge clearly.
• Coaching Stance & Active Listening: Interpersonal skills, empathy, and a desire to support development teams in their collective skill development.
