AI Consultant (Google Cloud Platform)

Description

For our client, we are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Conversational AI Consultant to further develop an LLM-based multi-agent chatbot in the area of pensions. The solution is based on the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Further development of an existing prototype into a production-ready agent for retrieving user-specific documents.
• Integration of a document API or an ECM system, as well as embedding individual links to regulations, pension plans, and pension fund-specific pages.
• Implementation of business logic based on the technical documentation.
• Development of a Portal Referral Agent that guides users specifically to suitable functions and content in the pension portal.
• If necessary, processing of portal HTML, taking into account the individual user context.
• Orchestration of agents with Google ADK, as well as optimization of roles, handovers, and routing logic.
• Expansion of the test environment with personas and synthetic conversations.
• Analysis and evaluation of conversations and results using BigQuery and SQL.
• Optional: Development of further agents for general questions about the Swiss pension system and specific pension funds.

Requirements

• Experience as an AI Engineer or Conversational AI Developer with LLM-based chatbots, ideally also with multi-agent systems.
• Good knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery, as well as SQL.
• Very good Python skills and experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with document processing in PDF and HTML, as well as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is an advantage.
• Structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of close collaboration with business and IT.
• Very good German skills, at least level B2; good English skills are an advantage.
