We already have 180 great colleagues on projects. To further strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Domain Architect (m/f/x) to start with our client in Brussels.

Function

• This position can be filled with both a permanent contract (employee status) and a freelance contract
• Duration: Long term
• Region: Brussels
• Fulltime
• Develop IT architecture within a broad Corporate, AI & Business Services domain.
• Translate business requirements into concrete IT roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and technical solutions.
• Monitor architecture principles, standards, and governance and explain architectural choices to stakeholders.
• Manage application and platform portfolios and identify opportunities for reuse, optimization, and reduction of technical debt.
• Collaborate with Business, Enterprise, Solution, Data, Security, and Platform Architects.
• Provide strategic advice on costs, risks, complexity, and technological choices.
• Create roadmaps taking into account regulations, technological developments, and changing business needs.
• Oversee data, integration, and information architecture.
• Incorporate security, availability, continuity, resilience, and compliance into architectural decisions.

• Experience as an IT / Domain Architect.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and ArchiMate.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design, Event Storming, and Agile Architecture.
• Experience with AI architecture, AI governance, and AI-related architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of integration architecture and modern integration concepts.
• Experience with Corporate/SAP environments and processes within Finance, HR, Procurement, or Corporate Services.
• Experience within a complex or highly regulated environment is a plus.
• Insight into IT/OT integration, security, availability, regulations, and critical systems.
• Knowledge of architectural evaluation methods such as ATAM and Gartner TIME.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to switch between business and technical stakeholders.
• Native level Dutch, French, or German and professional English.
• Willingness to work 2 days per week onsite.
