We are looking for someone for whom AI is part of their daily work. You work with it daily, try new things, and find solutions that others don't think of. You quickly recognize where processes are stuck and make them measurably more efficient with AI.

• You identify and evaluate AI use cases in the business units and prioritize them.
• You analyze existing processes and redesign them using AI tools and automation.
• You build prototypes, workflows, and agents, for example with LLMs, MCP integrations, Copilot solutions, or low-code tools.
• You enable employees with training, guidelines, prompt libraries, and best practices.
• You support teams in implementation and assist with change management.
• You work closely with stakeholders, from the business unit to management.
• Sound practical experience with current AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, and with agent and automation solutions.
• A strong understanding of processes and an eye for efficiency potential.
• Experience in large organizations or in a corporate environment. You are familiar with coordination paths and governance topics.
• Hands-on mentality, creativity, and unconventional thinking.
• The ability to communicate complex topics understandably and to engage others.
• Must: You speak fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in IT and security topics, for example, in the secure and compliant use of AI in the company.
• Start: Q1 2027
• Duration: initially 3-6 months, extension desired
• Workload: 60-100%, to be determined in consultation with the client after profile presentation
• Location: almost 100% remote
• Hourly rate: up to max. €55/hour. Inquiries with higher hourly rates will not be answered.
