• Development, training and evaluation of AI/ML/GenAI models
• Setup and optimization of LLM/RAG solutions
• Implementation of AI compliance and governance requirements
• Preparation and support of AI audits
• Creation of auditable technical and regulatory documentation
• Evaluation of risks, controls and model quality
• Coordination with Compliance, Risk, IT, Business Department and Development
• Ensuring traceability, monitoring and human oversight
• Translation of regulatory requirements into technical measures
• Support with testing, release and productive use of AI solutions

Your Qualifications

• AI Engineering, Machine Learning, GenAI, LLM, RAG
• Model training, Fine-Tuning, Model Evaluation and Testing
• Prompt Engineering and Guardrails
• AI Compliance, Governance and Risk Management
• EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF
• BaFin-related environment, MaRisk, DORA advantageous
• Audit preparation and auditable documentation
• Model Monitoring, Explainability and Human Oversight
• Python, ML frameworks and AI platforms
• Experience in banks, insurance companies or regulated companies
• Start: 2026-10
