With this request, we are looking for an AI Strategy Consultant

For an exciting, international client in the highly regulated pharmaceutical/chemical environment, I am looking for an AI Strategy Consultant to strategically realign and massively accelerate the current forecasting process. Your task is to develop a future-proof strategy and to specifically use artificial intelligence and automation to eliminate manual work, minimize errors, and establish a data-driven, regulation-compliant forecasting platform.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and analysis of the existing forecasting process, taking into account the specifics of the highly regulated environment
• Creation of a pragmatic, future-proof target state strategy for the entire forecast workflow
• Conception and implementation/support of AI-supported solutions (e.g., Document AI / LLM parsing / Automated Mapping) for the structured capture of unstructured forecast data from customers
• Development of an automated, error-free data transfer into the target SAP system

Requirements

• Several years (5+ years) of experience as a Strategy Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect at the interface of Supply Chain and IT
• Demonstrable project experience in a highly regulated environment (e.g., Pharma, Life Sciences, or Specialty Chemicals)
• Deep understanding of sales planning, SKU-based forecasting, SAP landscapes, and master data mapping
• Sound experience in the practical application of AI/ML tools for process acceleration
• Ability to advise strategically at C-level / department head level while simultaneously formulating concrete, implementable technical solution concepts
