Job description

Experienced AI Engineer needed to manage and evolve a generative AI platform, ensuring operational stability, performance, and compliance.

Project overview

Strong project constraint: Knowledge of both generative AI ecosystems and the industrialization/operationalization issues for these ecosystems (devops/iaops, observability, etc.).

Incident backlog tracking, monitoring indicators, and production.

Minor evolutions and associated deliverables (docs, diagrams, specs, etc.).

Technical skills: React, Python API - Confirmed - Imperative

Langchain, langraph, langfuse - Confirmed - Imperative

AI Mistral & Vertex AI, RAG, vectorized postgre... - Confirmed - Imperative

Cloud GCP (S3NS): cloud run, GCS... - Confirmed - Imperative

We are looking for an experienced AI engineer on the described technological stack, capable of ensuring the operational functioning as well as the evolutions of our generative AI platform. They will also need to ensure service performance and propose improvements where necessary. They will also contribute to strengthening the testing and integration strategy within the CI/CD pipeline (creation of test sets, automation, etc.).

The expectations are as follows:

Work environment

  • Service Continuity and User Satisfaction: Ensure a stable, performant, and reliable service for the entities currently in production on v1. It is imperative to avoid any degradation of the experience that could harm the overall adoption of generative AI solutions within the Group.
  • Compliance Risk Management: Version 1, developed under a tight schedule, must comply with regulatory requirements (GDPR) and Group security standards. The challenge is to reduce exposure to legal and reputational risks before the transfer of responsibility to the IT department.
  • Transition Viability: Guarantee that v1 is a functional and acceptable platform from September 2026, for entities that cannot migrate to v2. Premature abandonment of critical evolutions on v1 would create an unacceptable disruption for partners.
  • Value Preservation: Developments carried out within the scope of this service (particularly on RAG performance and security) can serve as a knowledge base and potentially be shared for v2 improvements, or vice versa, thus ensuring capitalization on the investment.
