AI Engineer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer for a long-term assignment within a large group, focusing on the maintenance and evolution of a generative artificial intelligence platform.

Context of the assignment:

You will work on a generative AI platform in production, with the objectives of ensuring its stability, improving its performance, strengthening its security, and contributing to the industrialization of AI solutions.

• Ensure service continuity and the proper functioning of the AI platform.
• Optimize the performance of LLM and RAG solutions.
• Contribute to the security of the platform and its GDPR compliance.
• Strengthen testing strategies, automate controls, and improve the CI/CD pipeline.
• Participate in technical evolutions and the industrialization of generative AI solutions.
• Implement observability and continuous improvement practices.
• Generative AI: LLM, RAG, LLMOps, MLOps.
• Data Engineering: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Cloudera.
• Business Intelligence: Power BI, Cognos, Essbase.
• ETL and data integration: DataStage, Informatica, Talend.
• Industrialization: DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, observability.
• Security: data protection, GDPR compliance, and risk management.
• Proven experience in AI engineering and generative AI.
• Good understanding of the challenges of production deployment and operational maintenance of AI platforms.
• Ability to analyze incidents, optimize performance, and propose concrete improvements.
• Autonomy, rigor, and analytical skills.
• Remote work: 2 days per week.
• On-site: 3 days per week on site.
• Start date: ASAP.
