About the mission

Within the digital entity of a large group, which has developed strong expertise in Agentic Engineering through several pilots and internal transformation programs, you will strengthen the software development teams. Your role is to design and develop new applications with the practices and tools of Agentic Engineering, in line with the state of the art. You will report to the architect of a solution line and will regularly interact with technical directors and the Chief Architect.

• Develop new applications using Agentic Engineering (code agents, generative AI models)
• Apply context engineering, harness engineering, and spec-driven development
• Ensure code quality: TDD, clean code, SOLID, code reviews
• Contribute to architecture choices
• Support the upskilling of developers in these practices
• Ensure monitoring of tools and models
• Experienced developer (3 to 8 years) with solid experience in software development and a Lead Developer posture.
