AI Lead
Harnham is partnering with a leading organisation to hire an AI Lead to drive the development of innovative AI-powered products and solutions.
The Role
You'll lead the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions, combining strategic oversight with hands-on technical execution. Working across product, design, and engineering teams, you'll turn AI concepts into working prototypes and scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Role: AI Lead
- Location: Hybrid in NYC
- Rate: $110
- $130 per hour W2
- Length: 6 months
- Utilisation: 40 hours/week
- Define and lead AI strategy and technical direction.
- Design and build Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions.
- Develop AI agents, workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build RAG solutions leveraging enterprise data sources.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs and business systems.
- Rapidly prototype and validate new concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business value.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on.
Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AI Lead, AI Architect, or Applied AI Engineer looking to shape AI strategy and build impactful AI solutions in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience building GenAI and LLM applications.
- Expertise in RAG architectures and AI orchestration.
- Strong software engineering and API integration skills.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Azure AI and Azure OpenAI.
- Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience delivering innovation or greenfield AI initiatives.
