This six-month contract offers the opportunity to shape and deliver innovative AI solutions within a fast-paced project environment. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on development, helping transform emerging AI capabilities into practical products, prototypes, and experiences.

The Role and Deliverables

Your Skills & Experience

• Lead the AI strategy and technical direction for a major innovation project.
• Design, build, and rapidly iterate AI-powered prototypes and experiences.
• Develop prompts, agents, AI workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• Explore and implement agentic AI architectures, including orchestration and multi-agent approaches.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, workflows, and existing systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to move quickly from concept through to working prototypes while providing technical leadership throughout the engagement.
• Strong experience building Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
• Proven capability in prompt engineering, prompt architecture, and AI workflow design.
• Experience developing AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Strong knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI application development.
• Experience with agent orchestration and multi-agent architecture patterns.
• Ability to evaluate AI technologies and select the most appropriate solutions for different use cases.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, or similar AI development environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
