Description

For the production of our online trainings, we are looking for subject matter experts from the fields of Data and AI with project management and leadership skills, as well as pronounced experience in training production and learning design.

The focus of production is on technically demanding training content in the following areas:

Your Role

You will support us in creating high-quality training content for our online learning environment. You will adapt existing learning content, revise it, and further develop it with a high didactic and technical standard. This may also include the localization of German and English content.

You will work closely with our Learning and Product team and ensure clean technical, didactic, and structural implementation.

Project Framework

• Technical review and further development of training curricula
• Creation and didactic preparation of online-based training materials (learning content, exercises, practical projects, screencasts, quizzes, and supporting materials) in our Markdown and Git-based learning environment
• Development of practice-oriented use cases with software tools of the respective subject area
• Execution of quality assurance and the associated identification of necessary adjustments or technical updates
• New recording of screencasts for practice-based support of the learning content
• Pronounced knowledge in the following areas:
• Artificial Intelligence / LLMs / Agents and AI Workflows
• AI-supported Project Management
• Leadership Training with a focus on AI
• Technical affinity and expertise in digital learning concepts and knowledge transfer
• Confident handling of Git (branches, pull requests, versioning)
• Confident handling of Markdown-based content systems
• Pronounced experience in handling AI-supported content production
• Desirable: Routine in handling AI-supported screencast production
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of learning content for adult education or corporate learning
• ability to explain complex technical content understandably
• Pronounced knowledge in Learning Design
• Ability to structure content didactically meaningfully for beginners and advanced learners and to prepare it in a practice-oriented manner
