Project overview

Context:

Within the architecture department of a large banking organization, you will guide projects based on AI solutions and SaaS services. Your role: to inform decisions on data sovereignty, reversibility, and usage.

Prerequisites: Experience in banking / insurance / finance

Missions:

Skills:

• Review AI and SaaS project files and provide architectural opinions in committee
• Qualify market solutions: data location and jurisdiction, exposure to extraterritorial laws, certifications (SecNumCloud, ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2)
• Analyze data usage by publishers: reuse for model training, retention, subcontractors, encryption, and key management
• Evaluate reversibility: data formats and export, portability, vendor dependency, exit conditions
• Evaluate the integration of solutions into the IS: identities and access, flows, APIs, security, exploitability
• Contribute to the organization's AI and SaaS doctrine: evaluation grids, catalog of qualified solutions, usage rules
• AI and Generative AI Architectures: LLM, RAG, agents, offerings from major providers and European alternatives
• SaaS and Cloud Architectures: responsibility models, integration, IAM (SSO, SCIM)
• Digital sovereignty and compliance: GDPR, AI Act, SecNumCloud, DORA or NIS2 depending on the context
• Contractual and technical analysis of publisher offerings (DPA, data usage conditions, reversibility clauses)
• Writing opinions and evaluation grids
