You will act as the AI security referent for the teams in charge of the AI Factory, with the objective of ensuring that its deployment and future uses meet the security requirements of a banking environment.

🔎 The profile sought: a true AI security referent, capable of taking a high-level view while being technical enough to concretely challenge architectures, uses, and risks related to AI.
- Evaluate and challenge the security of the AI Factory currently being deployed
- Identify risks related to LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems
- Define and enforce AI security principles, controls, and best practices
- Secure AI use cases, particularly "vibe coding" and autonomous agent uses
- Challenge architectural choices and proposed solutions from a cybersecurity/risk perspective
- Support technical teams in implementing security measures
- Contribute to defining an AI governance and security framework adapted to the challenges of the banking sector
- Be able to alert and challenge management when business ambitions are not compatible with security requirements
- Confirmed seniority in cybersecurity / security architecture in the banking / finance sector
- Solid expertise in generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI
- Concrete experience in AI Security, ideally in a complex or highly regulated environment
- Good understanding of Cloud, Data, API, and DevSecOps architectures
- Hands-on, autonomous, and pragmatic profile
- Ability to communicate with both technical teams and management-level stakeholders
- Ability to challenge, structure, and impose a security framework without blocking innovation
