Join the AI Engineers team at Locon and participate in building and implementing AI solutions that have a real impact on the company's products and business processes. We are looking for someone who combines creativity, technical skills, and an understanding of business processes to quickly prototype and implement innovative AI solutions.

You will become a support for business and technical teams – identifying and implementing AI use cases with the greatest potential. • Experience with Google ADK, Agent Builder, Dialogflow CX.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Datastore).

✔️Identifying and analyzing potential AI applications within the company – collaborating with business, mapping processes, defining hypotheses and success metrics.

✔️Prioritizing AI initiatives together with the R&D and business teams.

✔️Designing solutions and delivery.

✔️Designing, building, and implementing end-to-end AI solutions: from data, through models, to integration with systems.

✔️Rapid prototyping of MVPs using modern tools and frameworks (Python, GCP, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Node, Go).

✔️Developing AI agents, RAG systems, LLM-based applications, and workflow automation.

Collaboration and communication

✔️Presenting experiment results and recommendations to business teams.

✔️Educating stakeholders on the capabilities and limitations of AI.

✔️Building trust in AI within the organization through transparency and measurable results.

This role is for you if you have:

• Designing and implementing AI/ML solutions supporting business operations and product development.
• Rapid prototyping of MVPs and building RAG/Context learning systems and LLM-based applications.
• Developing AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Integrating AI models with existing systems (ERP, CRM, e-commerce).
• Creating and maintaining AI infrastructure (pipelines, monitoring, evaluation).
• Optimizing prompts and evaluating the quality of model responses.
• Collaborating with business teams to identify and implement AI use cases.
• Experience in AI-driven software engineering, allowing for independent and effective work (prompt engineering, quality context building).
• Practical knowledge of Python and the AI/ML ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud (preferably GCP) and working with model APIs (Anthropic, Google).
• Knowledge of MLOps basics and modern LLM frameworks.
