• Demonstrable experience in building AI agents or conversational workflows on platforms like Decagon, Sierra, Ada, or Parloa (prompt and flow design, tool/function calling, agent evaluation)
• Solid understanding of API integrations: authentication, webhooks, retries, idempotency, rate limiting, and error handling
• Reading API documentation and JSON responses, as well as experience with structured data contracts for AI applications
• QA and testing of conversational AI before release, including multi-turn flows, adversarial phrasing, and tool-call edge cases
• Analysis of agent behavior in production using logs and implementation of improvements in the build
• Clear written communication, early identification of blockers and trade-offs, and the ability to critically question requirements

• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or CMS systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) and mail infrastructure (M365/Exchange, Power Automate)

• Context in hosting, infrastructure, or Trust & Safety / Abuse Handling

• Translation of support problems into scalable solutions: Analysis of customer inquiries from chat, email, and in-product support, decision on what to automate and what to keep with employees, including measurable success criteria
• Design and implementation of AI agents including Agent Operating Procedures (AOPs) that solve customer concerns end-to-end via chat and email
• Setup and responsibility for API integrations between the AI platform and backend systems, allowing agents to read customer status and trigger actions (e.g., server, cloud, and account management)
• Conception of intake, classification, and escalation logic for abuse reports with auditable, tiered measures, coordinated with T&C and Legal, considering regulatory requirements (e.g., DSA)
• Staged and shadow mode validation, multi-turn and edge-case testing before go-live
• Post-launch tuning based on real traffic data and quality reviews together with the AI Quality Manager
• Complete documentation in Confluence: decision logs, endpoint maps, escalation paths, and known limitations
• Knowledge transfer throughout the entire term, so that the internal team can independently take over operation and further development at the end
