Job description
Seeking an AI Strategy Manager for a hybrid role in Hamburg to develop a 3-year AI vision, define strategic action areas, and establish AI governance.
Responsibilities
- Development of an approximately 3-year AI target picture and derivation of strategic AI action areas
- Definition of relevant success metrics and establishment of AI governance
- Analysis of existing AI initiatives and identification of further AI potentials
- Evaluation and prioritization of AI Use Cases based on business value and feasibility
- Development of an evaluation model and a roadmap with quick wins and strategic initiatives
- Creation of business cases including economic efficiency, effort, and benefit analysis
- Creation of decision-making bases for management
- Program management, stakeholder management, progress monitoring, and benefit tracking
