ORYZAR AI is seeking freelance AI trainers and lecturers with expertise in generative AI to conduct interactive company training sessions and team events. The role involves preparing and delivering content, facilitating practical exercises, and leading online follow-up sessions.

At ORYZAR AI, we help companies use generative AI safely, productively, and practically. For this, we are looking for freelance AI trainers and lecturers (m/f/d) with in-depth expertise, didactic talent, and a passion for working with groups.
Our events combine AI knowledge with practical exercises, interactive games, and a shared team experience – instead of classic frontal teaching.

Area of Operation and Travel Expenses
Our training sessions primarily take place at companies in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). Therefore, we prefer lecturers from NRW or the surrounding area.
Willingness to travel outside of NRW is desirable. Applications from other federal states are welcome. For longer journeys, we will assess whether the assignment is economically viable considering travel effort and costs.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed in addition to the fee via a pre-agreed flat rate.

We develop the basic training and event concept. You will receive:
You do not need to develop your own overall concept. Your task is the professional and didactic preparation and professional execution.
- Agenda and Schedule: Course flow and time slots.
- Main and Sub-topics: Content, guiding questions, and focus areas.
- Learning Objectives: What participants should learn.
- Games and Team Activities: Rules, procedure, and timing.
- Practical Exercises: Tasks and time allocation.
- Handouts: Prepared materials for participants.
- Presentation Design: We design and finalize your content-based slide drafts.
Prepare Content Professionally and Didactically
You will deepen the given topics, develop understandable explanations, and prepare for technical questions. You will convey content freely and dynamically, rather than reading from slides.
Prepare Slides Content-wise
You will create a structured slide draft for the entire training day: what belongs on which slide, how content is explained, and which examples or live demonstrations are suitable?
Design, layout, and finalization are handled by us.
Conduct Full-Day AI Team Event
You will lead the training on-site, convey content practically, moderate the planned games and exercises, and actively involve participants with varying prior knowledge.
Conduct Online Follow-up
Approximately one week later, you will lead a 1–2-hour online Q&A session, answer questions, and support implementation in daily work.
A training day and the follow-up constitute one training assignment.

What We Offer You
Up to €800 fee per training assignment, including a full-day AI team event and online follow-up.
For the initial familiarization, didactic preparation, and content-based slide preparation, you will receive additional compensation. A pre-agreed travel expense allowance will be added.
