For our client, an established company in the financial services sector, we are looking for an experienced AI Trainer / Consultant (m/f/d) to support the internal software development department as soon as possible. The focus is on advising and enabling development teams on the professional use of modern AI technologies, as well as identifying and implementing suitable AI use cases in the development environment.

Language Requirements

• Advising and supporting the software development department in the use of AI technologies
• Conception and execution of practice-oriented training and workshops for development teams
• Teaching best practices in dealing with generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Identifying and evaluating suitable AI use cases for optimizing existing development processes
• Supporting the introduction and integration of AI-supported development tools
• Knowledge transfer and coaching of internal employees
• Several years of professional experience in software development, AI consulting, or AI-supported software development
• Profound knowledge in the areas of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering
• Practical experience with common AI technologies and tools, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or comparable solutions
• Experience in consulting, training, or enabling technical teams
• Good understanding of modern software development processes and methods
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues understandably and practically Nice to have
• Experience with Python, Java, or comparable programming languages
• Knowledge in the development and integration of AI-based applications
• Experience with RAG architectures, LangChain, or comparable frameworks
• Knowledge in regulated environments, ideally financial services
