• Location: Frankfurt am Main and remote
• Conception, execution, and further development of AI training for legal departments and law firm employees
• Teaching practical applications of generative AI in the law firm environment
• Enabling employees to efficiently use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other Large Language Model applications
• Development of training concepts with the aim of qualifying employees from simple AI use to the independent creation of AI agents
• Analysis and optimization of legal work processes through the targeted use of AI technologies
• Training on the creation of legal documents, contracts, expert opinions, client correspondence, and due diligence documents using AI
• Teaching best practices for legal research with AI support
• Raising awareness of quality requirements, data protection, compliance regulations, and liability risks in the use of AI
• Advising specialist departments on the identification and implementation of AI use cases
• Support in building sustainable AI competence within the law firm
• Sound knowledge in handling generative AI, especially Harvey, Legora, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and comparable AI solutions
• Experience in prompt engineering and in creating structured AI-supported workflows
• Understanding of legal processes and documents, e.g., contracts, legal documents, expert opinions, and client correspondence
• Ability to empower employees from AI usage to building their own AI agents
• Knowledge of the opportunities, risks, and limitations of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience in quality control, source checking, and validation of AI-generated content
• Strong presentation, moderation, and training skills
• High affinity for digitalization, automation, and knowledge transfer
