Seeking an experienced AI Transformation & Strategy Consultant for a fully remote role in a public administration AI program, starting January 2027 and running until December 2029.
Project overview
For an AI program in public administration, we are looking for an experienced professional starting January 2027, fully remote with a term until the end of 2029. The program brings AI applications from idea to operation and anchors them in the organization.

Security Requirement
A security clearance (Ü2) is necessary for the project. It will be newly conducted for the project. Willingness is sufficient, an existing clearance is not required. The prerequisite for this is German citizenship.
- Develop AI target images and guiding principles
- Conduct status quo and maturity analyses
- Establish target systems with KPIs and transformation roadmaps
- Lead workshops with management and specialist departments
- 2 years of consulting C-level in public administration
- 3 years of workshops and stakeholder management
- 2 years of AI projects
- AI Governance including EU AI Act
- German C1+, English B1+
- Several years of professional experience
