Seeking an AMOA Consultant specialized in electrical engineering to work on the evolution of control systems for a major player in the energy sector. The role involves bridging the gap between operator needs, project teams, and development teams to ensure functional evolutions meet operational challenges.
Project overview
As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for an AMOA Consultant specialized in electrical engineering to work on the evolution of control systems for a major player in the energy sector.
Within a program dedicated to electrical grid control systems, you will support business teams in the evolution of a SCADA environment used for real-time grid management.
Your role will be to act as the link between the needs of operators, project teams, and development teams to ensure that functional evolutions meet operational challenges.

Work Environment
- Analyze the needs expressed by the control teams and identify the evolutions to be made to the SCADA system
- Facilitate discussions with business experts and challenge functional needs
- Write functional specifications and assist in their translation into technical solutions
- Prepare, coordinate, and carry out acceptance testing phases to validate new functionalities
- Monitor the implementation of evolutions and support their deployment in an environment with high availability and reliability stakes
- You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold a Master's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in projects related to electrical grids, industrial systems, or control systems.
- You have a good knowledge of SCADA, EMS, ADMS, or real-time systems environments and wish to develop in roles where understanding the business is as important as mastering the technology.
- You have previously participated in AMOA activities, requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, acceptance testing, or IT project support.
- A background or experience in electrical engineering, electrical grids, or industrial systems is a real asset.
