As part of a strategic program for a major player in the energy sector, we are looking for a Salesforce AMOA consultant to join an existing project team.
The project aims to optimize and streamline the connection process for individual customers. It is based on a Salesforce solution that includes:
You will be involved more particularly in the design of the customer portal.

- a customer portal, where requests are submitted;
- a back-office, which allows advisors to process these requests.
- Participate in the design of the Salesforce customer portal.
- Gather and refine business needs.
- Formalize functional specifications.
- Participate in workshops with the IT department.
- Ensure the follow-up of acceptance testing.
- 2 years of experience in Salesforce AMOA.
- Knowledge of Salesforce portals (Experience Cloud) is a plus.
- Experience in the energy sector is appreciated.
- Rigor, interpersonal skills, and ability to quickly integrate into an existing team.
- Project entirely in French: English is not required.
- Start date: immediate
- Duration: 4 firm months, with visibility until the end of 2027
- Location: La Défense (92)
- Remote work: 2 days per week
- Contract type: freelance mission
