Plant Mechanics (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, inspection, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems, dynamic heating and district cooling supply systems, and humidification systems
• Briefing, supervision, coordination, and scheduling with users and external companies for maintenance and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Renewals/adjustments of installations and new installations in the area of air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Participation in on-call duty

Remuneration is according to TV-L in pay grade 7, taking into account all previous service according to tariff regulations.

One position is limited until 09/30/2029 due to the absence of the position holder.

One position is limited until 10/02/2027 due to parental leave of the position holder.

• Completed vocational training as a Plant Mechanic
• Professional experience with a focus on ventilation and air conditioning is desired
• Knowledge of regulations DIN 1946 Part 4 Air conditioning systems in hospitals and VDI 6022 hygiene-conscious planning, execution, and operation of air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Prior knowledge from the described area of responsibility would be desirable
• 38.5 hours per week
