Project overview

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced freelance MSR programmer and commissioning engineer for ventilation technology in a major project at a pharmaceutical company. The project includes cleanroom areas.

Responsibilities

• Programming of MSR technology for ventilation systems with Siemens Desigo ABT (current, TIA Portal-based version)
• Preparation of programming remotely in home office
• Commissioning of the systems on-site
• Working directly at the control cabinet as part of the commissioning

Following successful collaboration, a follow-up project is in prospect: the modernization of around 120 control cabinets with a contract volume of approx. 4 years.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an MSR programmer
• Very good knowledge of Siemens Desigo ABT
• Experience in cleanroom technology, ideally in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector
• Electrical engineering education and practical experience at the control cabinet
• Good German and English language skills
• The Desigo license (USB dongle) will be provided.
• Contract Type: Service contract
• Start: 11/2026
• Duration: Preparation approx. 40 hrs (11–12/2026), Commissioning 2–3 weeks from 02/2027, option for follow-up project
• Location: Frankfurt, partially remote
• Remote share: Preparation 100% remote, Commissioning 100% on-site

Project details

• Phase 3, Following successful collaboration, a follow-up project is in prospect: the modernization of around 120 control cabinets with a contract volume of approx. 4 years.
