Application Operations and Application Integration RHEL

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced professional for application operations and application integration in a modern IT infrastructure. You will be part of a team that takes care of the reliable management and further development of enterprise applications.

Your tasks include the integration of applications into existing infrastructure and platform landscapes as well as the administration, configuration, and monitoring of applications in various operating environments. You plan, control, and execute deployments in compliance with defined processes and are responsible for the introduction, migration, and further development of customer applications. In 2nd and 3rd level support, you will process incidents, analyze, and resolve disruptions. Furthermore, you will carry out application changes, release changes, and deployment scripts.

We expect several years of experience in the operation and administration of Java-based applications as well as proficient handling of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Expertise in relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL is required. You should be experienced with deployment and automation tools such as Ansible, Docker, and Git and have know-how with Kubernetes clusters as well as DevOps tools in the container environment. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form are necessary.

The location is Munich, Bavaria, with the possibility to work remotely. Start date is 01.12.2026.
