Senior Application Developer / Java / Agile

Project:

For our client, a public institution in the field of security and policing, we are looking for a Software Engineer / Application Engineer (m/f/d) for a three-month assignment. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications according to technical and business requirements. (Ref. No.: 925168JP)

Responsibilities

– Analyze business processes, data, and technical requirements

– Define functional and non-functional requirements

– Develop and maintain applications, components, and software modules

– Develop and maintain interfaces with databases and other applications

– Develop and evolve data and object models

– Participate in the design and evolution of software architectures

– Set up and manage development and test environments

– Perform integration tests and correct errors in production

– Implement Change Requests, software improvements, and technical documentation

Requirements

– Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and maintenance

– Very good programming skills, especially in Java

– Proven experience in application development, implementation, and maintenance

– Good knowledge of Application Engineering, databases, and software architectures

– Experience in testing, integration, development, and test environments

– Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to solve complex problems

Languages:

– Fluent French (C1/C2 level)

– Professional English (B2 level)

– German is an asset
