• Implement, configure, maintain, and support enterprise applications and automation platforms.
• Partner with Solution Architects and development teams to translate solution designs into deployable application configurations.
• Configure applications and supporting services across development, test, UAT, and production environments.
• Establish and maintain application connectivity with databases, APIs, enterprise systems, messaging platforms, cloud services, and other dependent technologies.
• Support application installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, and version changes.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, availability, performance, resiliency, and supportability.
• Identify application and infrastructure dependencies early in the project lifecycle.
• Develop reusable configuration and deployment patterns where appropriate.
• Maintain technical documentation for application configuration, integrations, environments, and operational procedures.
• Leverage GIT to manage multi-branch workflows, merging, conflict resolution, and clean release pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience in application engineering, systems engineering, application support, DevOps, platform engineering, or related technical roles.
• Experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications in complex environments.
• Experience troubleshooting application, infrastructure, integration, and connectivity issues.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or comparable enterprise cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux-based enterprise applications.
• Experience with authentication, service accounts, certificates, and application-security concepts.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and application-performance troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting applications across development, testing, and production environments.
• Strong analytical and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Strong technical documentation capabilities.
• Ability to independently drive technical issues through resolution.
• Experience supporting enterprise automation or RPA platforms.
• Experience working with GCP services and cloud-native applications.
• Experience supporting.NET-based applications.
• Familiarity with Kafka or other enterprise messaging/event-streaming technologies.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed application architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration automation.
• Experience working in healthcare or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience supporting EHR or clinical technology environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare integrations such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud/on-premises architectures.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and application lifecycle management.
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple technology layers rather than limiting analysis to a single application.
• Understanding of application-to-application connectivity, APIs, databases, messaging, networking, and cloud services.
• Ability to interpret technical architecture and translate it into implementation and operational requirements.
• Ability to identify infrastructure and environment dependencies before they become delivery blockers.
• Strong understanding of production support and operational-readiness principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, architects, infrastructure engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities and competing project commitments.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate independently while appropriately escalating technical risks and dependencies.
