• 2nd & 3rd Level Support (Analysis and resolution of incidents in close coordination with development, operations, and customers)
• Releases (Preparation and execution of software releases, ensuring smooth transitions into the production environment)
• Testing (Execution of technical functional tests and regression tests)
• Monitoring (Monitoring system availability and performance using monitoring tools, as well as proactive detection and escalation of incidents)
• Apache Airflow (Workflow orchestration, data pipelines)
