Your profile as Application Specialist Ortec OWS
For a large, dynamic organization, I am looking for an experienced Application Specialist Ortec OWS. You will support the existing management team during the transition to a new planning and rostering system. You will ensure the continuity and optimization of the current application and associated HR processes.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Functional management of Ortec OWS for planning, rostering, leave, absence, and time registration
- Resolving incidents, managing authorizations, and performing functional tests
- Supporting planners, HR professionals, and payroll administration
- Contributing to process optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience with functional management of Ortec OWS or comparable HR and planning systems
- Knowledge of HR processes related to planning, leave, absence, and time registration
- Experience with Agile and management processes such as ITIL or BiSL
- Strong in stakeholder management, analytical, and communicative skills
