Opis projektu:
We are looking for a communicative and customer-focused Application Support Agent fluent in French and Italian to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent support experiences.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Fluency in French and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in IT support is advantageous
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and system navigation
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus
- visits at the office in Wrocław (2-3 days/week)
