Project overview
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer for an exciting project in Hamburg. The position is designed with a 90% remote component and starts in January 2027 with a duration of 24 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and support of input management systems as well as the administration of capture and document processing-based applications. You will analyze and resolve technical issues, support system diagnostics on the customer side, and optimize operating processes through adjustments and automations. Direct customer contact within the scope of system operation is an important part of your activity.

- Sound knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Good SQL and database administration skills
- Familiarity with XML and network infrastructures

- Teamwork, strong communication skills, and customer orientation
