• Responsibility for projects and further development
• You will support applications for the workshop area and ensure their reliable use in daily operations.
• You will analyze requirements from workshop operations and translate them into suitable solutions within the applications.
• You will coordinate adjustments to existing systems and oversee their implementation.
• You will investigate disruptions, clarify causes, and manage their resolution with the involved contact persons.
• You will document processes, requirements, and changes to ensure information remains traceable.
• You will coordinate with the business department and technical interfaces to appropriately further develop applications.
• You will test changes before deployment, thereby ensuring reliable use in daily workshop operations.
• You will keep the requirements of the workshop area in mind and support a clear system landscape.
• You are familiar with the support and further development of applications in the workshop environment.
• You can capture business requirements in a structured manner and derive actionable solutions from them.
• You can analyze error patterns and coordinate their resolution with relevant contact persons.
• You are proficient in working with process and change documentation.
• You can clearly coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
• You can carefully test system adjustments and oversee their deployment.
