Experienced, independent appointment setters are sought to expand an existing sales network for gold, silver, and platinum savings plans. The goal is to acquire interested private clients and schedule binding consultation appointments.

Project Goal: For the expansion of an existing sales network in the area of gold, silver & platinum savings plans, experienced, independent appointment setters are sought who can independently acquire interested private clients and arrange binding consultation appointments.
Responsibilities
- Independent acquisition of warm leads from private clients residing in Germany
- Professional approach and pre-qualification of interested individuals
- Arrangement of fixed consultation appointments via phone or Zoom
- Structured handover of appointments to the consulting team
Requirements
Expected Result: 5–10 qualified, bindingly arranged consultation appointments per week. Genuine interested parties for gold and silver savings plans are sought, not unqualified address lists.
Compensation: Exclusively performance-based commission of €140 per successful contract closure that results in commission. There is no fixed salary. Own costs for lead generation or advertising will not be reimbursed.
Work Model: 100% Remote, flexible working hours.

- Experience as an appointment setter or in new customer acquisition

- Independent, legally compliant lead generation with demonstrable consent for telephone contact
