Independent management and administrative support of the division during the ongoing reorganization. Overview of existing structural engineering and architectural projects as well as coordination of ongoing activities. Coordination with specialist planners and project participants, especially at the interfaces with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). Identification of action requirements and coordination of necessary measures to ensure orderly project support.
Support in the structured continuation or possible completion of existing projects.
Requirements
Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering. Sound knowledge in structural engineering and technical understanding of MEP and building planning. Experience in planning, coordinating, or managing construction and engineering projects. Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to independently manage an area of responsibility. Experience in dealing with complex project structures and change situations. Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality. Experience in architectural or engineering firms.
Knowledge of HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers) as well as relevant planning and execution processes. Experience with industrial and special-purpose buildings, such as production or pharmaceutical buildings. Knowledge in restructuring, transformation, or refurbishment projects. Experience in the technical and organizational support of business units. Experience in dealing with insolvency-related change processes.
