Draftsman/Designer Energy Facilities

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced draftsman and designer for the planning and construction of energy and technical facilities. In this role, you will drive the technical implementation of complex construction projects and act as an interface between different disciplines.

Your tasks include the creation and editing of 2D and 3D drawings as well as the modeling of facilities, building parts, and technical components using Autodesk Revit. You will create layout, overview, construction, and execution plans and continuously adapt them. Using AutoCAD, you will edit 2D plans and integrate facility components, cable routes, foundations, and technical areas into the overall planning. You will implement technical specifications from structural, facility, and structural engineering and adhere to relevant building codes and technical regulations.

Furthermore, you will coordinate with project management, civil engineers, electrical and facility planners, and other disciplines. You will support with as-built surveys, document plan changes, and maintain plan documents across various planning and execution phases.

We expect a completed apprenticeship as a construction draftsman, technical draftsman, or technical product designer, or a comparable technical qualification. Alternatively, we accept a technician or a degree in civil engineering, construction technology, or design. You have good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, experience in creating 2D and 3D models, and technical drawings. Professional experience in the construction, energy, facility, or infrastructure sector is an advantage.

You are familiar with DIN standards and technical regulations, understand planning processes, and work in a structured, careful, and independent manner.
