Language requirements

• Creation and coordination of an ILM concept for the SAP HCM / HR area, taking into account functional, organizational, and system requirements.
• Coordination with the involved sub-projects and involvement of all relevant specialist teams and system administrators.
• Ensuring a complete consideration of the relevant service points, processes, and requirements for the ILM concept.
• Planning, conducting, and continuing functional workshops for the development, validation, and coordination of the ILM concept.
• Recording, analyzing, and evaluating existing deletion, retention, archiving, and historization processes in the SAP HCM and HR environment.
• Analysis and consideration of the affected SAP HCM data sets, personnel documents, interfaces, and upstream and downstream peripheral systems.
• Development and coordination of functional responsibilities and governance structures, especially with regard to release, execution, control, and record-keeping.
• Consolidation of functional and system requirements as well as workshop results into a coordinated, consistent, and binding ILM concept for the overall project.
• Support in transferring the ILM concept into implementable requirements and measures for the involved functional and IT teams.
• Sound practical experience in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (SAP ILM), especially in the conception and introduction of deletion, retention, and archiving processes.
• Demonstrable experience with SAP ILM in the SAP HCM or HR environment.
• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM data and process structures as well as their dependencies on documents, interfaces, and peripheral systems.
• German: Business fluent
• English: Advanced knowledge
