Have you already managed or participated in projects migrating legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors?

As part of a major transformation program for the Human Resources function, our client wishes to centralize and validate its HR data through cross-functional tools such as SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, and various specific applications.

To support this transformation, we are looking for a SAP HR & SuccessFactors Expert capable of working on the scope definition for the SAP SuccessFactors implementation project, its integration with SAP HR, and defining the migration strategy for existing applications.

• Support management and the project team in defining the business and IT scope.
• Define the implementation roadmap for the different SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Finalize the specifications by integrating the structuring elements of the implementation.
• Support IT teams in defining a migration plan for legacy applications to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR.
• Identify opportunities, constraints, and limitations related to the migration of existing applications.
• Define the overall project vision and model As-Is / To-Be processes and systems.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the functionalities of currently used specific applications.
• Model and write technical-functional analysis documents.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with various stakeholders: developers, end-users, and management.
• Participate in the definition and validation of solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Evaluate the impacts and risks associated with decommissioning existing applications, particularly concerning historical data and functionalities.
• Confirmed experience as a SAP HR / SAP HCM Expert or IT Project Manager.
• In-depth expertise in SAP HR and SAP HCM solutions.
• Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its various modules.
• Experience in implementation, integration, and transformation projects for HR systems.
• Mastery of data migration and legacy application issues.
• Experience in functional and technical-functional analysis.
• Ability to define project scope, a migration strategy, and an implementation roadmap.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
