• Knowledge of relevant tools: Word, Excel, Project, Outlook (CV)
• Knowledge in IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation or higher (CV or valid certificate or diploma or equivalent proof)
• Knowledge in at least one relevant architecture framework: TOGAF, NAF, ADM, TÜV or comparable (CV or valid certificate or diploma or equivalent proof)
• Experience in IT architecture modeling (use of modeling tools to map service, information system, and technology architectures)
• Experience in architecture management and corresponding documentation
• Development of organizational and process interfaces based on existing ITSM/Supply Chain Management infrastructure
• Planning/conceptualization and consulting services regarding IT service development processes (ITIL Framework) and their implementation in ITSM platforms. Knowledge of BSI basic protection catalogs
• Experience in elaborating and developing IT solution architectures and in evaluating architecture concepts for IT services (content)
• Experience in creating new architectures and integrating them into modern security solutions, considering security specifications
• Experience in evaluating Requirements Engineering in projects
• Experience in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ideally, experience with container virtualization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in DevOps principles and methods, including CI/CD.
• Experience in security requirements for multi-tenant environments.
• Experience in tool-supported Requirements Engineering with IBM Doors
• Experience in modeling using ARIS, Alfabet, or Sparx EA
• Experience in the public sector

The goal is to support the conception, detailing, and coordination of the target architecture for a standardized development platform.

Service Package A: Requirements Engineering

Service Package B: Solution Design Composition with and without Service Development

Language Skills:

• Conduct Requirements Engineering
• Identify functionalities using Gap Analysis
• Analyze and consider requirements regarding data protection and security, and finalize the security needs analysis
• Develop a proposal for Solution Composition
• Manage and further qualify requirements in the Requirements Document or another suitable tool (e.g., IBM Doors)
• Create solution and service concepts (Solution Blueprint)
• Develop a solution approach based on the requirements
• Consider or evaluate support services (e.g., ITSM, Field Service, or UHD)
• Check and ensure cross-departmental consistency and end-to-end coherence of the solution/service
• Content-wise coordination, description, and creation of solution and service concepts with operational units and their service architects in regular meetings
• Derive and conduct solution tests, as well as prepare solution deployment (service provision)
• Use architecture frameworks throughout the entire development process (e.g., TOGAF, ADMBw) and consider IT security specifications
• Derive and execute "Request for Changes" according to ITIL Change Management
• Create entries in the provided modeling tool (e.g., ARIS, Alfabet, Sparx EA)
• Plan and manage the modernization of applications for future operation
• The Solution Transition includes the implementation of the solution created in Service Package B.
