Articulate Rise Expert / E-Learning Designer

Project overview

Our client from the energy sector is looking for a freelance E-Learning Developer / Instructional Designer to independently conceptualize, develop, and finalize a digital learning module in Articulate Rise with a planned learning time of approx. 30 minutes.

The subject matter content, learning objectives, and essential framework conditions will be provided in a briefing document. Based on this, you will be independently responsible for the didactic, methodological, visual, and interactive preparation for a high-quality digital self-learning format.

Framework Data

• Service Period: Immediately until December 31, 2026 (with option for extension)
• Location: 100% Remote (on-site presence in Essen or Berlin only in rare exceptional cases)

Responsibilities

Our Requirements

• Analysis & Conception:
• Analysis of the provided briefing document including the defined content, learning objectives, and target group
• Development of a suitable didactic structure for a learning time of approx. 30 minutes
• Structuring and didactic preparation of the content for a digital self-learning format
• Independent selection and design of suitable presentation, learning, and interaction formats
• Implementation in Articulate Rise:
• Complete creation of the digital learning module in Articulate Rise
• Work directly within the Articulate environment provided by the client (access will be provided)
• Integration of all provided materials and media
• Didactic, methodological, visual, and interactive implementation of the specifications (additional subject matter research is not part of the service)
• Quality Assurance & Finalization:
• Thorough review of the learning module for completeness, consistency, clarity, and functionality
• Execution of two structured correction loops based on client feedback
• Professional incorporation of the agreed-upon corrections
• Finalization and turnkey delivery of the quality-assured learning module in the target environment
• Project Organization:
• Independent organization and timely execution of the service
• Participation in coordination meetings regarding requirements, interim results, and project progress
• Sound practical experience in the conception and implementation of digital learning modules with Articulate Rise
• Strong expertise in didactics, methodology, and the visual and interactive design of modern self-learning formats
• Experienced in the didactic preparation of provided briefings and raw content for defined learning times (approx. 30 minutes)
• High quality awareness regarding completeness, didactic consistency, and technical functionality
• Structured, reliable, and completely independent way of working
• Confident communication and coordination skills in a project context
