The subject of the contract is the independent conception, development, and completion of a digital learning module in Articulate Rise with a planned learning time of approximately 30 minutes.

The subject matter content, learning objectives, and essential content framework conditions will be defined by the client and provided in the form of a briefing document.

Based on these specifications, the contractor is independently responsible for the didactic preparation, structuring, and the methodological and interactive design of the training.

The contractor will perform the following services:

Analysis and Conception

Implementation in Articulate Rise

Quality Assurance and Finalization

The client is responsible for the subject matter content and provides it as part of the briefing.

The contractor is independently responsible for the didactic, methodological, visual, and interactive implementation of the provided content in Articulate Rise. Independent subject matter research or development of additional subject matter content is not part of the owed service.

The specific organization and execution of the service within the agreed framework are the responsibility of the contractor. Coordination regarding requirements, interim results, and project progress can take place in agreed meetings.

Changes or extensions to the agreed scope of services must be agreed upon separately between the client and the contractor.

The service will be provided from commissioning until December 31, 2026.

• Development of a suitable structure for a learning time of approximately 30 minutes.
• Independent selection and design of suitable presentation, learning, and interaction formats.
• Structuring and preparation of the provided content for a digital self-learning format.
• Complete creation of the learning module in Articulate Rise.
• Integration of materials and media provided by the client.
• Creation of the learning module within the client's Articulate environment provided by the client. The necessary access will be provided to the contractor by the client for the service period.
• Review of the learning module for completeness, consistency, clarity, and functionality.
• Execution of two correction rounds based on feedback from the client.
• Incorporation of corrections within the agreed scope of services.
• Finalization and provision of the quality-assured learning module in the client's Articulate environment.
