Scope of Services
- Optimization of workflows and processes, taking GMP and EHS specifications into account
- Planning and execution of technical projects to increase OEE key figures
- Minimization of plant downtimes and maximization of production capacity
- Systematic root cause analysis of production challenges using CI methods such as SMED
- Promotion of autonomous maintenance through tools such as 5S and gap analysis
