Project overview

Context of the mission

We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Jira / Confluence Administrator capable of taking charge of advanced administration, operational maintenance, and evolution of the Atlassian ecosystem.

The consultant will work on Jira and Confluence, with a strong component of advanced configuration, scripting, and automation, particularly through ScriptRunner, Groovy, and REST APIs.

They must also have mastery or significant experience with several Atlassian extensions such as Structure, Custom Charts, Xray, and JMWE.

Profile sought

• Administer and maintain the different Jira instances and projects.
• Configure projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, and ticket types.
• Administer permission schemes and roles.
• Configure notifications and associated rules.
• Manage advanced Jira configurations.
• Provide support and resolve complex L3 incidents.
• Participate in the platform's evolution and optimization.
• Administer Confluence spaces.
• Manage rights, permissions, and access.
• Maintain and evolve the platform's configuration.
• Support users on complex issues.
• Ensure consistency between Jira and Confluence.
• Development and maintenance of scripts with Groovy.
• Advanced use of ScriptRunner.
• Automation of Jira processes and actions.
• Manipulation and integration via Jira/Atlassian REST APIs.
• Development of automations to reduce manual operations.
• Troubleshooting of existing scripts and automations.
