• Demonstrable project experience in setting up and operating ServiceNow CMDB solutions
• Profound knowledge of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Experience in migration and cleansing of large application inventories
• Experience with data quality and governance processes within a CMDB
• Knowledge of the integration between CMDB and ServiceNow GRC is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Structured and independent way of working in complex project environments
• Demonstrable project experience in the implementation of ServiceNow GRC
• Very good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities
• Experience in the areas of information security, risk management, and compliance processes
• Experience in the integration of ServiceNow GRC and CMDB structures
• Experience in international enterprise environments is an advantage
• German and English skills, spoken and written
• Willingness for close cooperation with client and consulting project teams

As part of the ServiceNow introduction, a central Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is to be established as the leading directory of business-critical applications and continuously developed. The CMDB forms the basis for later risk and compliance processes within the ISMS.

The contractor will support us in the conception, implementation, and further development of a ServiceNow-based CMDB with a focus on business applications and their relationships, responsibilities, and dependencies. The services include primarily:

An Information Security Management System (ISMS) is currently being established for a client in a regulated environment. In the next step, the existing asset and risk management methodology is to be technically implemented in ServiceNow GRC and permanently operationalized. The functional conception, methodology, and project management will be provided by us.

The contractor will support us in the technical conception, implementation, and commissioning of ServiceNow GRC. The goal is to map asset, risk, and compliance processes within the ServiceNow platform and to integrate them into existing ServiceNow processes and data structures. The services include in particular:

• Consultation on the functional and technical design of the CMDB
• Development of a ServiceNow-compliant data model considering CSDM principles
• Configuration of relevant CMDB structures, forms, workflows, and reports
• Support with data migration, data cleansing, and consolidation of existing application inventories
• Definition and implementation of governance and data quality mechanisms
• Conception of role, authorization, and maintenance processes
• Support with testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Creation of technical documentation and execution of knowledge transfer measures
• Technical consultation on the implementation of functional GRC requirements in ServiceNow
• Configuration and implementation of relevant ServiceNow GRC modules
• Development and implementation of workflows, role, and authorization concepts
• Conception and implementation of the integration between GRC and CMDB
• Support with data migration and data quality measures
• Execution of tests, error analyses, and go-live support
• Creation of technical documentation
• Support with the execution of knowledge transfer and enablement measures
