Responsibilities

Supervision and coordination of ongoing shooting operations

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, shooting range rules, and operational procedures

Briefing and support of persons involved in shooting operations

Checking the proper condition of weapons and equipment used within the scope of one's own qualifications

Professional handling of different weapon systems, especially interchangeable barrels and receiver/barrel systems

Documentation of shooting sequences and special incidents

Coordination with those responsible on-site and support with organizational tasks

Requirements

Successfully passed firearms knowledge test

Qualification for responsible supervision of shooting operations

Valid reloading license

Min. 5 years of practical experience as a shooting range supervisor or in a comparable role

Experience in the safe handling of interchangeable barrels and receiver/barrel systems

Strong safety awareness, reliability, and sense of responsibility

Structured way of working and clear communication
