• Architecture Role (Client Requirement) -> demonstrable solution architecture experience with responsibility for technical standards and blueprints – purely pipeline and tooling profiles are not suitable.
• LLM & LLMOps -> in-depth understanding and productive implementation experience: Model Serving, Feature Stores, and Pipeline Orchestration for a robust GenAI ecosystem.
• System Design -> Expertise in integration patterns (microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs) in the interplay of contact center systems, cloud, and on-prem.
• Cloud -> sound knowledge of AWS as the main platform, possibly supplemented by Azure, as well as Kubernetes.
• Scalability -> realization of scalable and resilient application and platform solutions.
• AI Integration -> integration of AI solutions into cloud landscapes and on-prem legacy systems.
• Seniority -> Senior level with five to eight years of relevant experience.
• Documentation -> prepare and communicate technical issues understandably in writing.

For our end client in the Swiss banking environment, we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect for the voice capabilities of the GenAI platform as follows:

Background & Mandate:

Our end client in the Swiss banking environment is expanding the voice capabilities of its GenAI platform. The focus is on integrating the Genesys contact center and telephony system with the GenAI platform – from data ingestion and model training to the provision of APIs and endpoints, as well as their connection to the banking landscape. Work will be carried out in a virtual DevOps team (Cloud Engineers, Solution Architects, DevOps Engineers), in close coordination with Business Engineering, System Architecture, and IT Security.

The assignment includes consulting, solutioning, and implementation: The role is responsible for the solution architecture of the integration, as well as technical standards and blueprints in accordance with company-wide and regulatory requirements.

Important for selection: Formally, the role is advertised as Senior DevOps Engineer, but in content, it is a Solution Architecture role with responsibility for technical standards and blueprints.
