Production Engineer / Application Support

Project overview

Context

As part of strengthening an IT production team within a high-stakes environment, we are looking for a Production Engineer / Application Support to work on computing grid and data caching infrastructures.

You will notably ensure technical support for the applications and infrastructures used for computing activities, in an environment composed of several thousand Windows/Linux cores.

The mission includes participation in a 24/7 on-call system.

Missions

Technical Environment

• Ensure the monitoring and operational maintenance of computing and caching infrastructures autonomously.
• Analyze and diagnose complex technical incidents.
• Administer and manage heterogeneous Windows/Linux computing farms.
• Take charge of technical migrations.
• Implement and improve feature monitoring.
• Integrate applications using DevOps tools.
• Actively participate in various projects in collaboration with Development, Production, and business teams.
• Write operating instructions and procedures.
• Document components: technical architecture, procedures, monitoring, DRT, etc.
• Contribute to the industrialization, standardization, and security of infrastructures.
