• Seniority -> Senior Expert with at least 12 years as a Business Analyst in complex projects in the banking environment or comparable industries.
• Technical Depth (Client Requirement) -> in-depth understanding of sales processes, master data management, and customer and contract management – BA methodology without this depth is not sufficient.
• Modeling -> Expertise in UML, BPMN, and process management concepts.
• Complexity -> Projects with demanding interfaces and high complexity.
• Technical Understanding -> modern technologies, data structures, and IT systems; collaboration with interdisciplinary, agile teams.
• Tools -> Jira and Confluence or similar, as well as solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Description

For our end client in the Swiss banking and financial sector, we are looking for TWO Senior Expert Business Analysts for sales master data and sales processes as follows:

Starting Situation & Mandate:

The end client has launched a bank-wide master data initiative. The two roles (identical profile) are part of the core team and work closely with sales, business, and IT departments, as well as parallel initiatives. The focus is on documenting the current landscape and deriving target states and future processes for customer and contract management, as well as offer catalog and reference data management.

Important for selection: Deep understanding of sales processes, master data management, and customer and contract management is essential – strong BA methodology alone is not sufficient. Experience from insurance, telecommunications, or industry counts, provided these topics were actually managed.
