Instructor (m/f/d)

for our Qualification "Electronics Technician Devices and Systems" with IHK Certification

Do you have many years of professional experience in electrical engineering and enjoy passing on your experience and skills to others?

Your task is the independent and self-reliant qualification of adult individuals with health impairments. Using a variety of possible learning and working methodologies, you will prepare participants for their professional integration. You will work in a team and in regular exchange with experienced colleagues from the learning company; during your onboarding phase, you will receive individual support from a mentor.

Your Qualification:

You are communicative and flexible, accustomed to working independently and problem-solving, and have a good ability to grasp new concepts. You are open to new challenges and motivated to qualify individuals who are reorienting their careers for health reasons within the learning company. Customer-oriented thinking and action are a matter of course for you. Assertiveness, decisiveness, and the ability to compromise complete your profile.

As a technical qualification, we require a degree in a recognized apprenticeship in electrical engineering (e.g., Electrical Technician, Electronics Technician), studies in electronics, or a comparable qualification. You have solid and broad foundational competence and extensive practical experience in electrical engineering. Experience in training and the completion of the trainer aptitude test according to AEVO are desirable.
